Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 4–6 years scheduling or construction management experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for cost and resource loading.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling operations for large projects across markets.
• Analyze schedule risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and present Basis of Schedule reports to project teams.
• Mentor Scheduling I/II team members in CPM analytics.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and leadership.
