The Haskell Company is seeking a scheduling system and process expert to oversee planning for large, complex projects. You will drive schedule analysis, data integrity, and reporting while mentoring Scheduler I and II across program teams.

In this role, you will manage scheduling programs, optimize reporting, and communicate impacts to project teams and leadership, ensuring alignment with Haskell policy and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 8–10 years of scheduling construction management experience.
• Experience working on Federal projects.
• Proficient analytic ability with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to organize and manage complex tasks, establish and meet schedules, and maintain focus on goals.
• Expertise in industry planning and scheduling practices and construction methods.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate full competency in the system scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts, including scheduling processes during the project development and execution.
• Foresee the impacts of all contractual and project requirements and communicate them to project schedules and processes.
• Develop, champion, and ensure schedule data integrity per best practices and company standards.
• Enhance and standardize tailored schedule reporting to meet project team needs and communicate issues, status, and progress.
