Job summary

Haskell in Frisco, TX seeks a senior Scheduler and Process Technical Lead to coordinate project planning and scheduling across teams. You will compile, analyze, and communicate data on development progress and changes to the schedule.

You will train teams on scheduling tools, ensure schedule integrity, report risks, and support change management. A four-year engineering or construction management degree plus extensive scheduling experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• Eight years of scheduling or construction management experience required; four years directly in scheduling, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts across project development and execution.
• Understand and communicate the impacts of contractual requirements on schedules.
• Lead schedule data integrity efforts according to best practices and company standards.
• Produce and distribute tailored schedule reporting for the team’s needs.
• Manage the scheduling cycle, including reports, narratives, and time impact analyses.
• Lead communication about the schedule to project teams, subcontractors, clients, and leadership.
• Support change impact management and guide project teams as changes arise.
• Utilize resource and cost loading data to support forecasting.
• Distill schedule data with full competency and communicate findings.
• Engage in risk management for schedule data and reporting.
• Lead and develop training in scheduling best practices and tools.
• Supervise scheduling teams or schedulers.
• Travel as necessary to lead and support scheduling efforts.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.
