Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking an experienced Scheduling professional to oversee large, complex projects across multiple markets. You will manage schedules, analyze data, mitigate risks, and drive improvements in scheduling processes.

The role includes training and mentoring junior schedulers, plus coordinating reporting to project leadership and clients. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with 8-10 years of scheduling experience, preferably on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred; 8-10 years scheduling construction management experience directly related to scheduling.
• Experience working on Federal projects; commercial contracting environment preferred.
• Expertise in Primavera scheduling software including cost/resource loading and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in the system scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts, including scheduling processes during the project development and execution.
• Comprehends fully and proactively foresees the impacts of all contractual and project requirements on the schedules.
• Develop, champion, and ensure schedule data integrity efforts per best practices.
• Enhance and standardize tailored schedule reporting communicating issues, status, health, and progress.
• Optimize communication regarding the schedule to project teams, clients, and leadership.
• Provide continuous improvement for the scheduling cycle and safety compliance.
• Demonstrate expertise in change impact management and guide project teams as changes arise.
• Develop risk management practices with schedule data and report findings to teams.
