Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Scheduling System and Process Expert to oversee planning and scheduling operations on large, complex projects. You will lead scheduling programs, focus on risk mitigation, data analysis, and reporting to project teams and leadership.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management with 8–10 years scheduling experience; expertise in Primavera; strong communication skills; travel to project sites as needed and mentor junior schedulers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management required or preferred.
Experience in a commercial contracting environment is preferred.
Expertise in Primavera scheduling software including cost/resource loading and analysis.
Strong analytic and communication skills; able to manage complex tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate full competency in the scheduling system and best practices.
Manage scheduling and planning efforts across project development and execution.
Assess impacts of contractual requirements and communicate them to project schedules.
Develop and ensure integrity of schedule data and reporting.
Produce tailored schedule reporting to communicate issues, status, health, and progress.
