Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Scheduling System and Process Technical Lead to oversee planning and scheduling operations for large, complex projects. You’ll mentor junior schedulers, lead risk mitigation, and ensure data integrity across multi-market programs.

The role emphasizes advanced scheduling techniques, Basis of Schedule reporting, and close collaboration with project teams, clients, and leadership. Significant travel may be involved for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; 4–6 years scheduling experience required.
• Experience managing complex schedules on multi-million to billion-dollar projects.
• Expert user of Primavera scheduling software, including cost/resource loading and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts across project development and execution.
• Apply contractual and project requirements to schedules and processes as needed.
• Lead and ensure schedule data integrity per standards.
• Produce tailored schedule reporting for project teams; communicate issues and progress.
• Build project schedules from concept to 90% contract documents across markets.
• Oversee full scheduling cycle, including updates, narratives, and time impact analyses.
• Lead communication on the schedule with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and leadership.
• Support change-impact management and guide teams during changes.
• Execute Basis of Schedule reporting for each project and present to the team.
• Utilize resource and cost loading to support forecasting.
• Advise on schedule analysis and disseminate data to teams.
• Proactively manage schedules with risk mitigation and reporting.
• Develop training in scheduling best practices and tools.
• Perform peer reviews of schedules for integrity and quality.
• Ensure quality schedules and progress reporting with direct oversight to Scheduling Manager.
• Develop and supervise schedulers.
