Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead planning for high‑voltage transmission and distribution projects across the Western United States. The role requires deep hands‑on scheduling expertise, coordination with project teams, and a focus on baselines, updates, and risk management.

You will drive CSMS scheduling best practices, support EVM, and partner with procurement and field operations to maintain realistic project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years scheduling experience in electrical utility construction or related heavy civil work.
• Experience scheduling transmission, substation, or distribution projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 EPPM and building schedules from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 3 and Level 4 CPM schedules for projects across transmission, distribution, and substations.
• Establish baselines, update schedules with field data, and produce look-ahead schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and TIAs for changes.
• Support cost control, EVM reporting, and schedule-related owner questions.
• Coordinate with procurement for material delivery dates and float management.
