Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to join the Mission Management and Integration team within the Lunar Permanence unit. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and IPT-level schedules, coordinating with external partners to ensure alignment of schedule requirements and dependencies.

You’ll drive forecast updates and KPI reporting to influence schedule decisions. The role requires strong leadership, strict attention to detail, and a drive to advance human spaceflight safety

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in program scheduling in a highly complex, technical industry
• Broad scheduling and planning from task-level to program-level
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Open Plan, MS Project or similar
• Baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis, and change management expertise
• Experience building an IMS from scratch and integrated master schedules

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and IPT-level schedules
• Engage with external partners to align schedule requirements
• Coordinate status updates, collect and integrate schedule data
• Produce KPIs and schedule reporting for IPT leaders
• Drive accountability and mitigate schedule roadblocks
• Manage scope changes with forecast updates for realism
• Drive maturity in schedule processes, tools, and reporting
