Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle, WA is seeking a Scheduler to join the Mission Management and Integration team within the Lunar Permanence unit. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and IPT‑level schedules, coordinating with external partners and internal teams to align requirements and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program scheduling experience in a complex, technical industry.
• Broad and deep scheduling and planning capabilities from detailed task scheduling to integrated program planning.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, Open Plan or MS Project and baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and IPT-level schedules.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to align schedule requirements and dependencies.
• Drive schedule performance via status updates, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Produce schedule reports and analyses to inform IPT leaders and guide updates.
• Ensure accountability for schedule performance and mitigate roadblocks.
• Support change management and maturation of scheduling processes and tools.
