Blue Origin is seeking a highly experienced Scheduler for the Lunar Permanence program in Merritt Island, FL. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules, coordinate across IPTs and partners, and deliver schedule forecasts and KPI reporting to guide program decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in program scheduling in a highly complex, technical industry.
• Broad and deep scheduling and planning skillset from detailed task-level scheduling to integrated program-level planning.
• Proficiency using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or comparable software.
• Schedule management expertise including baselining, reforecasting, variance analysis, and change management.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain a fully networked IMS from scratch.
• Skilled in developing schedule reports and KPI analysis; strong priority and risk management.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving schedule outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules and IPT-level schedules.
• Engage cross-functionally with external partners to align schedule requirements and dependencies.
• Coordinate status updates, collect schedule data, and provide actionable reporting.
• Generate metrics and KPI reports to inform IPT leaders and future updates.
• Drive accountability for schedule performance and mitigate roadblocks.
• Implement change management to account for scope changes and forecast updates.
• Support initiatives to mature scheduling processes, tools, and reporting.
