Job summary

Blue Origin in Florida seeks a seasoned Scheduler to join the Mission Management and Integration team within the Lunar Permanence unit. You will develop Integrated Master Schedules, coordinate across IPTs and external partners, and drive schedule performance using Primavera P6 and related tools.

This role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and collaboration to advance human spaceflight, with focus on forecasting, reporting, and change management across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program scheduling in a highly complex, technical industry.
• Broad and deep scheduling and planning skillset from detailed task-level to integrated program-level planning.
• Proficiency using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or comparable software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed IPT-level schedules.
• Engage cross-functionally with external partners and business units to align schedule requirements and dependencies.
• Drive execution by coordinating status updates, collecting and integrating schedule performance data, and providing actionable schedule reporting.
• Generate actionable metrics, KPIs, and schedule reporting artifacts for IPT leaders.
