Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Program Master Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule and master production plan across Test, Production, Development, and Repairs. You’ll translate milestones into executable, resource-loaded schedules and partner with PM, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in master scheduling or program/production planning in aerospace/manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Smartsheet for IMS/IMP schedules.
  • Experience building resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Ability to script tools for scheduling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and master production plan.
  • Translate milestones into resource-loaded schedules with critical paths.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Perform critical path and schedule risk analysis; model what-if scenarios.
  • Balance capacity, labor, tooling, and long-lead materials across workflows.
  • Report schedule performance and recovery plans to leadership.
  • Update schedules for changes and progress; improve scheduling tools.
