Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Program Scheduling professional to develop and maintain program plans for complex spaceflight systems. You will work with PP&C leaders, strengthen the Integrated Master Schedule, and analyze resource loading to achieve milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in scheduling, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Primavera P6, Deltek Cobra, Empower, and MS Project. U.S. citizenship or eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
• Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software.
• Experience and comfort with working in ambiguous environments and situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans for various spaceflight systems with Integrated Master Schedule.
• Support resource loading and analyze resource requirements to achieve milestones.
• Lead reviews to gather status updates and provide schedule health insights.
• Collaborate with cost analysts to align integrated cost and schedule plans.
