Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a proactive Program Planning & Controls professional to develop and maintain program schedules for spaceflight systems. You will partner with PP&C leaders and IPTs, load resources, analyze milestones, and drive schedule health through what-if planning and status reviews.

Responsibilities include coordinating with technical leads, supporting cost alignment with schedules, and advancing process improvements to enable on-time, safe spaceflight programs. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in program scheduling/planning and controls
• Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or other software
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Project)
• Strong communication skills in technical work environments
• U.S. citizen or valid work status

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans and schedules
• Support resource loading and cost integration with schedule
• Lead schedule reviews and risk analysis to improve schedule health
• Collaborate with PP&C leaders and IPTs across units
• Support change management and baseline updates to schedules
• Provide program leadership insight on status and risk mitigations
• Assist in budgeting and cost analysis with integrated plans
