Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced Scheduler to lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules for the Lunar Permanence program. You will build schedules from IPT teams, coordinate with external partners, and drive performance reporting.

You will forecast updates, ensure realism in projections, and mentor junior planners while maintaining rigorous schedule discipline across complex aerospace activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in program scheduling in a highly complex, technical industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Open Plan, MS Project or comparable software.
• Experience building a fully networked Integrated Master Schedule from scratch.
• Strong communication and leadership in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and IPT-level schedules.
• Coordinate with external partners to align schedule requirements and dependencies.
• Provide schedule reporting, KPIs, and forecasts to IPT leaders.
• Manage schedule performance and mitigate roadblocks.
• Implement change management for approved scope changes.
• Advance schedule processes, tools, and reporting maturity.
