Blue Origin LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Planning & Controls professional to develop and maintain integrated schedules for spaceflight programs. You will partner with Program Managers and IPTs to load resources, analyze milestones, and drive schedule optimization.

The role requires strong communication and rigorous data analysis to support leadership decisions. Experience with IMS, PMB, and cost integration is essential, with a track record of driving schedule performance in aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management or Engineering.
• 8+ years in program scheduling, planning and controls.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Project skills; capable in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans with IMS and IPTs.
• Coordinate resource loading and analyze requirements to meet milestones.
• Lead monthly reviews, track schedule health, and perform what-if scenario planning.
• Collaborate with cost analysts to integrate cost and schedule plans.
