Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Engineering Operations Lead for the Lunar Permanence unit. You will own the Crew Systems Rhythm of Business, drive the Integrated Master Schedule, and coordinate budget, procurement, and supplier execution.

You will partner with NASA and internal teams to ensure on-time, safe, and cost-effective crew hardware delivery. The role requires exceptional program management skills, a track record of leading cross-functional reviews, and the ability to adapt to shifting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related technical field.
• 8+ years in program operations, engineering operations, or technical project management in aerospace or related field.
• Experience owning an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Demonstrated Jira experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional processes with minimal direction.
• Experience leading or co-leading formal engineering reviews and managing documentation.
• Experience with program budget/EAC tracking and WBS/schedule integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the Crew Systems Rhythm of Business with daily/weekly reporting.
• Own and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and baseline maintenance.
• Track product team budget and support EAC inputs with Finance.
• Coordinate across engineering, planning, supply chain, manufacturing, facilities, and NASA partners.
• Lead DAC planning and ensure readiness for major reviews.
• Prepare review memos and assign ownership across teams.
• Mentor Responsible Engineers in schedule, budget, and DAC execution.
