Leader Bank in Massachusetts seeks an experienced SBA Loan Officer to develop and promote SBA loan business. You will work with referral partners, manage a robust pipeline, and guide applications through underwriting and closing.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 6–10 years of experience in a commercial lending/SBA environment.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct calling on referrals from inside and outside bank partners to develop new loan business.
• Meet or exceed production goals on new SBA loans.
• Collect information from applicants to ensure proper underwriting and pipeline tracking.
• Respond to credit department questions related to underwriting and credit worthiness.
• Present information to senior management and maintain client relationships through the process.
• Work with customers throughout application and closing, maintaining regulatory compliance awareness.
