Happen Bank in the United States is seeking a Sr Business Development Manager, SBL to grow SBA and conventional commercial lending by developing new client relationships and financing solutions that help small businesses achieve their goals.

You\'ll partner with clients, referral sources, and internal stakeholders to originate high-quality loans while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the lending lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years SBA lending experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience originating SBA 7(a), 504, and conventional commercial loans.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills, and relationship management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow a portfolio of SBA 7(a), 504, and conventional commercial lending relationships, achieving annual production goals with strong credit quality.
• Build referral networks with COIs, CDC offices, and community partners to generate lending opportunities.
• Guide clients from qualification through closing, acting as primary contact and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assess financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and loan structure to evaluate opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to prepare loan packages and facilitate underwriting and closing.
• Cross-sell Happen Bank products and services to deepen client relationships.
• Represent Happen Bank in the community through events and industry networks to boost brand awareness.
