• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking or small business banking.
• Minimum 5 years SBA lending experience in a business development role with demonstrated past success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and call SBA prospects and referrals in the footprint.
• Acquire, manage and grow profitable client relationships across SBA products.
• Lead loan presentations, term sheets, and commitment letters.
• Cross-sell lending, depository, and Treasury Management products to new and existing clients.
• Maintain high credit quality and build strong rapport with clients and associates.
