Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking or small business banking
• Minimum 5 Years SBA lending experience in a business development role with demonstrated past success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and call SBA prospects and referrals in the footprint; acquire, manage and grow profitable client relationships.
• Develop credit presentations, term sheets and manage loan closings; ensure credit quality.
• Support cross-selling of the Bank's lending, depository, and Treasury Management products to new and existing clients.
