Qualifications

• 6+ years SBA lending experience.
• Experience originating SBA 7(a), 504, and conventional loans.
• Proven success building referral networks.
• Strong financial analysis and credit evaluation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow SBA and conventional lending relationships.
• Build and maintain referral networks to generate opportunities.
• Guide clients from qualification to closing with excellent service.
• Assess financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and eligibility.
• Coordinate with credit and operations to prepare loan packages.
• Cross-sell bank products and expand client relationships.
