Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP delivery leader to drive complex SAP engagements, ensuring quality and risk management while growing client relationships. The role requires coordinating across multiple activities, planning, execution, and closure of client engagements with significant travel.

The candidate will guide teams, manage budgets, and deliver enterprise-scale SAP solutions, leveraging SAP BTP and related technologies within EY’s diverse, global practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
