Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP delivery leader to oversee complex SAP projects and engagement delivery for clients across the globe. You will manage client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, risk management, and revenue generation while navigating dynamic engagement environments.

You will drive technology strategy, architecture, and SAP integrations, including S/4HANA, BTP, and related analytics, in a consulting or professional services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into SAP configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
