Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Lead to manage complex engagements across SAP, data management and strategy. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will lead enterprise-scale solutions, collaborate with vendors, and advance strategic SAP initiatives, traveling as needed to serve clients and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of S/4HANA implementations, migrations and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
