Job summary

EY seeks a senior SAP delivery lead to manage complex client engagements, ensuring quality, risk management, and revenue generation across multiple activities. This role involves traveling to meet clients and overseeing planning, execution, and closure of engagements.

You will coordinate resource planning, budgets, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on SAP-based solutions across EY's practice areas, including SAP BTP, integration and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
