Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP-focused consultant to lead delivery of complex SAP-based engagements, manage client relationships and ensure quality and risk management. The role requires regular travel to meet clients and oversight across planning, execution, and closure of engagements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP BTP experience, S/4HANA knowledge, and a strong consulting background with excellent communication skills. EY offers a hybrid model and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven leadership of technology teams and coordination with vendors/partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
