Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP delivery professional to lead complex engagements and ensure quality and risk management. The role involves managing client relationships, driving engagement economics, and guiding multi-activity initiatives with frequent travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
