Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP delivery leader in the United States to manage complex SAP projects, drive revenue, and ensure quality and risk controls across engagements. The role involves coordinating across multiple activities, stakeholders, and client teams, with travel up to 40–60% to meet client needs.

You will leverage EY’s integrated SAP capabilities—BTP, FICO, Data & Analytics, and SuccessFactors—while guiding teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
