Job summary

EY seeks a senior SAP/Technology leader to drive the delivery of complex SAP engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure quality and risk management across multiple activities. The role requires regular travel to client sites and proficiency in leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Strong expertise in SAP BTP, RISE hosting, and coordinating with vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE hosting options and operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Travel to meet with external clients (40–60%).
