Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP program leader to oversee complex SAP engagements from strategy to execution, ensuring quality and risk management while guiding client relationships.

You will drive delivery across SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and integrations, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing budgets. The role requires travel and a focus on helping clients achieve measurable outcomes within EY’s global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5-7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
