Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP-focused leader to drive delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality and risk management while growing client relationships and revenue. The role involves planning, execution, and closure of engagements with regular travel to client sites across the US.

This position requires deep SAP expertise (S/4HANA, BTP, and RISE), strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration and analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model including GROW and hosting options.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
