Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP–driven transformation programs. You will manage processes, solutions, and projects with a strong emphasis on quality and risk, while engaging with external clients and guiding workstreams from planning through execution.

Travel up to 40-60% is expected. Ideal candidates bring deep SAP experience, including S/4HANA migrations, RISE operating model familiarity, and hands-on SAP BTP services to drive clean core

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
