Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP-based solutions for external clients. You will guide teams, manage workstreams from planning through execution and closure, and engage in client sessions while traveling 40-60% as required.

Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of SAP implementation experience, deep SAP Clean Core knowledge, and hands-on use of SAP BTP, Build, and Integration Suite to enable modern, value-driven transformations.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
