GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Team Lead to guide our client projects in the public sector, focusing on implementation and integration of SAP modules.

You will collaborate with the Effective People project management team and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. The role combines hands-on ABAP development, CPI integrations, and leadership duties across diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development and CPI experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language is required.
• Experience with ECC BIB (Infoporter) ECC Replications and ECP P2P Replications.
• Experience with SuccessFactors CPI and API integrations (Integrations Center).
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate into technical specs.

• Lead multiple workstreams and act as single point of accountability for assigned projects.
• Collect and document requirements with clients and internal teams from concept to go-live.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, on time and within budget.
