Job summary
Laiba technology seeks a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead the design, development coordination, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with external HR, payroll, and enterprise systems. You will align requirements with vendors and internal teams, ensuring accurate, secure data flows while preparing for a Workday transition.
The role requires strong SAP SF EC integration experience, data modeling expertise, and hands-on work with Integration Center and
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC integration.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors data model and APIs.
- Experience with Integration Center and middleware tooling.
- Familiarity with Workday integration concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, mappings, and data flows for SF EC integrations.
- Develop and support Integration Center jobs across formats and protocols.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and vendor teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Support Workday transition through requirements mapping and testing.
- Troubleshoot interface failures and drive issue resolution.
