Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and governing SAP SuccessFactors enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to lead EC configuration, payroll integration, and HR data governance.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, data privacy, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain SAP SuccessFactors architecture and roadmap across modules and environments.
• Establish platform-wide standards for MDF objects, naming conventions, translations, workflows and interfaces.
• Lead Employee Central architecture including data models, business rules, workflows and localization.
