Jobgether is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect - SAP SuccessFactors HR for a remote US-based role. You will shape the strategy and architecture of a global HR technology ecosystem with SAP SuccessFactors at its core, guiding end-to-end HR solutions from recruitment to workforce planning.

You will lead architecture governance, data integration, and security while collaborating with HR, IT, payroll, finance, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, compliant systems and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in enterprise applications, HR technology, or solution architecture.
• Experience leading teams, platforms, or architecture in a global, matrixed environment.
• SAP SuccessFactors expertise, especially Employee Central, with integration to HR, payroll, and analytics.
• Strong HR data architecture, governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Knowledge of APIs, SAP CPI, middleware and enterprise integration controls.
• Proven leadership in global implementations and technology transformations.
• Security, privacy, and governance in cloud environments; identity and access management.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR solution strategy and architecture: Own the target architecture and long-term technology roadmap for the HR ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors and complementary platforms.
• Align technology with business priorities: Partner with HR leaders, product managers, and process owners to standardize and digitize workflows across core HR areas.
• Govern platform design and performance: Review and approve solution designs, configurations, extensions, releases, and enhancements for scalability and reliability.
• Drive data architecture and integration: Define standards for HR data structures, master data, metadata, quality, and integration patterns.
• Enable reliable enterprise connectivity: Oversee data exchange across HR and connected Finance, Identity, Payroll, and Analytics systems with data ownership and monitoring.
• Strengthen security, privacy, and compliance: Embed security controls, privacy, and audit requirements into architectural decisions.
• Guide implementation and delivery: Provide technical leadership through implementations, upgrades, and adoption; review designs and resolve defects.
• Optimize platforms and business value: Lead post-launch stabilization, assess SAP SuccessFactors updates, and manage licensing and risks.
• Influence and collaborate across the organization: Communicate complex topics to executives and balance delivery speed with control.
