Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior HR Enterprise Architect to lead the HR solution strategy and architecture, owning the long‑term roadmap for the HR ecosystem including SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms. You will establish governance, standards, and documentation to guide global deployments and ensure scalable, secure solutions across core HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years in enterprise applications or HR technology; 5+ years leading teams or architecture.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, with integration experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and data governance.
• Experience with APIs, CPI, middleware, and enterprise integration controls.
• Proven success in global implementations, transformations, and vendor engagements.
• Knowledge of cloud security, privacy, and governance; auditable controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR solution strategy and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms.
• Align technology with HR business priorities and standardize workflows across core HR processes.
• Review designs and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Define data architecture, standards, and integration patterns across systems.
• Oversee data exchange across HR and connected Finance, Identity, Payroll, and Analytics systems.
• Guide implementation, upgrades, and adoption of HR technology programs.
• Monitor platform value, capacity, licensing, and risk; report to senior leadership.
