Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our global HR systems. You will bridge HR needs with cloud technology, focusing on Employee Central, EC Payroll, EC Time, and related modules.

You will design integrations using BIB and middleware, align with HR business partners, and drive data integrity across SAP SuccessFactors and ERP ecosystems. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting or implementation experience.
• Experience across SF EC, EC Payroll, EC Time.
• Familiarity with PM&GM, LMS, TIH, and onboarding modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors across HR domains.
• Design integrations using BIB and middleware for data consistency with SAP ERP/Payroll and third parties.
• Identify process improvements, lead change requests, and implement quarterly release updates.
• Create functional documentation, training materials, and end-user support; collaborate with HR partners and tech teams.
