Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect for SAP SuccessFactors HR to design, govern, and implement end-to-end HR solutions across the HR technology landscape. The role spans hire-to-retire and connects HR platforms with finance and analytics, enabling secure, scalable experiences globally.

The candidate will lead architecture governance, data standards, and integration practices while working with HR and IT teams to deliver strategic HR capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications, HR technology, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years leading global teams, platforms, or architecture.
• Deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, especially Employee Central, with integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data architecture, APIs, CPI, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR technology strategy and target architecture for HR ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce, WalkMe, AcuityOne).
• Act as architecture authority for HR solutions and data flows; establish governance and standards.
• Align platform capabilities with enterprise priorities across core HR, talent, compensation, learning, and recruiting.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to simplify, standardize, and digitize end-to-end workflows.
