Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead design, development coordination, testing, and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with external HR, payroll, and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and middleware partners, drive data mappings, API queries, and integration solutions while supporting the transition to Workday through assessment, redesign, testing, and cutover readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of HRIS experience with at least 5 years SAP SuccessFactors EC integration.
• Strong SF data model knowledge: Person, Employment, MDF, and effective dating.
• Expert in SuccessFactors OData and CompoundEmployee APIs and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years building and supporting SF Integration Center jobs.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS.
• Payroll integrations with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView.
• XML/JSON/CSV formats; SFTP connectivity and PGP.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Design, document, and maintain SF inbound/outbound data mappings and transformations.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SF OData and CompoundEmployee API queries.
• Build and support Integration Center jobs across formats (CSV, EDI, OData, SOAP).
• Own payroll integration integrity with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView.
• Collaborate with SAP CPI and Informatica IICS for issue resolution.
• Plan and run unit, system, integration, and end-to-end testing for HR events.
• Provide production support and governance with sign-off evidence.
• Support Workday transition: assess, map, redesign, test, cutover readiness.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to manage dependencies.
