EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives and enterprise technology implementations. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage governance and ensure delivery excellence across global locations, driving alignment with finance and sales stakeholders.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, business analysis, and strong client-facing communication.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years delivering SAP transformations.
Experience leading SPM or related compensation transformations.
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with cross-functional global teams.
Travel 40–60% as needed.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
Manage global onshore/offshore teams and program governance.
Gather requirements, workshops, fit-gap analyses, and roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations and data migration.
Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
Support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
Align incentive compensation and sales performance with enterprise objectives.
Ensure SAP best practices and Clean Core methodologies are followed.
Drive quality, risk management and delivery excellence.
