Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will guide analysis, design, testing, and implementation, acting as a senior advisor and mentor while leading cross-team efforts.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business plus eight+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities, and the capacity to influence management decisions.

Responsibilities

Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and payment card integrations.
Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning and knowledge transfer.
Maintains data integrity and improves system processes.
