Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will translate requirements into sustainable system solutions, provide leadership on projects, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end testing, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding system design and implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field with eight+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, MM, manufacturing, warehouse.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and test plans.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, testing, and support of SAP SD and O2C solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and turn them into system deliverables.
• Serve as senior advisor for SAP Sales/Distribution, pricing, and integrations.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and document results and approvals.
• Mentor team members and provide technical/work direction.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field

Eight+ years of relevant experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build cross-functional relationships
