Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, focusing on SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will guide analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support while mentoring teammates and advising management on technology and process decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Third-party ordering system integration.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex and unusual business or system issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and all levels of management.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.
• Acts as a senior advisor to business and IT management.
• Builds effective relationships across functional, technical, and leadership teams.
• Negotiates project priorities, solution approaches, resource needs, and business outcomes.
• May lead project teams and provide work direction to other team members.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Translates business requirements into sustainable system solutions for stakeholders.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, planning, coordination, and knowledge transfer.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting issues, performing data analysis, and training users.
• Mentors team members and maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and industry practices.
• Advances SAP SD/OTC expertise including pricing, credit and payment card processing, and integrations.
