The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP solutions, mentor staff, and advise on architecture and process decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business and 8+ years of related experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order-to-Cash and integrations with finance, materials management, manufacturing, and warehousing.
Experience leading projects and mentoring team members in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and OT-Cash solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to document requirements and deliver system deliverables.
Serve as subject-matter expert for SAP SD, OT-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
Plan end-to-end testing, coordinate issue resolution, and provide training to users.
Mentor team members and provide direction on projects and priorities.
