Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash. This senior role leads analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP solutions.

Eight or more years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor teammates are required. Occasional travel and strategic collaboration with leadership are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related business processes.
Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution.

Responsibilities

Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
Mentors and coaches team members and provides work directions as needed.
May lead project teams and coordinate testing, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
