Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, focusing on SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will guide analysis, design, testing, and deployment while mentoring others and driving process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring robust SAP expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable system designs within a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and translate into system deliverables.
• Serve as SME for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party integrations.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation including planning and coordination.
• Develop and improve processes to maintain data integrity in systems.
• Plan end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and document results.
• Provide production support and mentor team members.
