Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash initiatives. You will partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into sustainable SAP solutions, mentor teammates, and lead end-to-end projects from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field with eight+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, or manufacturing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
• Provide leadership, project mentoring, and direction to team members.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and ensure proper documentation of test results and defects.
• Provide production support and drive process improvements across integrated solutions.
• Serve as senior advisor on SAP SD, pricing, credit and payment card processing, and integrations.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, including planning, scope, and knowledge transfer.
